Our services include feasibility studies, detailed design, and full execution of the on-site system application. We provide preliminary design information at the conceptual design stage to refine the concrete floor system and allow detailed planning of the structure's foundation loads and vertical members.

Our detailed design is carried out in full compliance with the design criteria, while ensuring optimization of savings through material reductions and improved buildability through simplified formwork systems. This allows for accelerated construction cycles.

The on-site system application of the RSF Slab System, including all post-tension materials and specialist equipment, is provided along with an experienced and qualified site team, in compliance with our QHSE procedures.

Post-tensioning in building structures offers significant performance benefits.

The RSF system simplifies the structure by reducing the slab thickness, eliminating/reducing beams and drop panels, while increasing columns spans. This allows for greater architectural freedom and enhanced aesthetics, while reducing materials costs and improving buildability.

In addition, the design efficiency of the RSF post-tension system can offer improved constructability through the reduction of crane time, with less materials to place, and accelerated construction programs through simplified formwork systems, faster formwork removal, and reduced back propping requirements.

Indirect benefits are also provided to other elements of the building structure with better access provided to run mechanical engineering services, while also decreasing the structure's dead weight achieved through post-tensioning reducing the loads placed on the foundations, further adding to the material savings associated with using RSF’s Post-Tension System.
