StrongForce is proud to announce the successful execution of the post-tensioning package for Palata Vizantija, a landmark mixed-use Hospital development in Belgrade’s Palilula district. The project has been undertaken in collaboration with Koto and Reicon Gradnja, Located on Dragoslava Srejovića Street, Palata Vizantija is set to redefine healthcare and residential living in the region. The integration of these facilities within a single structure consists of 3 basements, the Hospital occupying the ground floor to Level 3, and 154 residential apartments spanning Levels 4 to 12.

Our scope of work included the installation of 108 tons of post-tensioning across a total area of 25,700 square meters. Utilizing the Rudloff-StrongForce MT Bonded Slab System, we ensured an optimized structural design that reduced material consumption and handling, enabled a uniform flat slab system, and increased column spans. These factors collectively contributed to an accelerated construction program, completing the project within nine months.

The successful completion of the devlopment demonstrates the practical benefits of post-tensioning technology in commercial structures. By implementing efficient structural solutions, the project was delivered on schedule while meeting the necessary performance and safety standards. StrongForce continues to contribute to infrastructure advancements across the region, supporting the development of durable, cost-efficient structures.
