StrongForce have completed the Post Tension works on the twin Reef Towers at the iconic Crescent Bay Development in the western region of Karachi, Pakistan.

The project is situated on the private beach of the 108-acre upscale mixed-use oceanfront development which is considered one of the largest developments in Pakistan to date. The residential development will provide residents with panoramic 270-degree views of the ocean to the south, east and west and will also feature a large swimming pool with resort style pool deck, a fitness centre, landscaped garden and children’s play area. The projects central proximity in the master development will also ensure residents also enjoy direct access the shopping mall, community club, 5 -star hotel, commercial district and mosque.

StrongForce were contracted by Associated Constructors Limited to provide specialist Post Tension services. The scope included the full supply of the StrongForce Bonded Mono-Strand System inclusive of site supervision and manpower for two 27 level structures containing a basement level, 2 podiums with an additional 24 levels for each tower totaling for a combined 54 levels and a floor area of 71,000m2.
