Rudloff StrongForce (RSF), a post-tension specialist with a range of EOTA-approved post-tensioning kits, has reached an important milestone in its European expansion with the establishment of a new Spanish entity, Rudloff StrongForce Iberia SL. The registration of RSF in Spain marks a strategic step in supporting clients locally and strengthening our presence in one of Europe’s key infrastructure and construction markets.

In parallel with the new company registration, RSF has obtained the Applus+ Certified Product quality mark from Applus+ Laboratories for its prestressing application systems. This certification has been granted in accordance with SPC 084 Ed. 2 and the Spanish Structural Code, approved by Royal Decree 470/2021, and is officially recognised by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility. Achieving this quality mark confirms that RSF’s systems and installation processes meet the technical and regulatory requirements for use on post-tensioning projects throughout Spain.

The Applus+ quality mark provides independent verification that the certified systems are backed by a robust quality-assurance framework. This includes controls over design, materials, manufacture, and installation, as well as requirements for system traceability, competent and trained personnel, and occupational health and safety procedures that go beyond minimum legal obligations. For asset owners, contractors, and designers, it offers confidence that RSF’s solutions align with Spanish structural-concrete regulations and recognised industry best practice.
