Design is complete and site mobilization is underway for the post tension works of the Sunway Velocity Mall. Working under main contractors Sunway Construction, StrongForce have been contracted on a design and build package.
Strategically located within 3.8km of the highly prestigious and coveted Kuala Lumpur City Centre address, the Mall will have a built up area of over one million square feet and will form part of the integrated 22 acre development where residents will be able to work, live and play within the same area.
The development will also be serviced by two MRT stations currently under construction with Cochrane station (100 metres walk) and Maluri station (350 metres walk) from the Sunway Velocity.
