StrongForce have been engaged by Al Futtaim Carillion to undertake the Post Tension design and build package for New York University Phases 1-3.
The three packages combined have a total built up area of 163,000m2. The scope includes a 34,000m2 basement, 42,000m2 of podium transfer slabs and 87,000m2 of student accommodation across 8 No separate building structures. Developers Mubadala have used a master plan by Raphael Vinoly Architects.
Set for completion by March 2015 the overall program is approximately four years. The campus will occupy a site of approximately 15.4 Hectares split into two plots.
