Work is now complete at the Eastern Mangrove Development by Anantara Resorts. Originally contracted under the consultancy of Hyder Middle East, StrongForce provided a complete redesign of the sub and superstructure offering a complete Post Tension solution including 39,000m2 of Post Tension raft slab and 139,000m2 of suspended slabs.
After the initial design approvals were complete with local authorities StrongForce then carried out the site works under Main Contractors Leighton’s Contracting (Phase One) and Brookfield Multiplex (Phase Two). The mixed use development consists of a Hotel and 3 No Apartment Clusters, named Luxury, Marina and Chandlery Buildings.
